15 minutes to Kimchi Fried Rice - cooked to perfection using Zero Acre oil.
2 tbsp Zero Acre oil
1/2 carrot, diced
3 scallion, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup kimchi, diced - use how ever much you please
1 cup left over rice
1 tbsp tamari, I use @sanjtamari 25% less sodium tamari
1 tbsp gochujang
1) In a pan, add your Zero Acre oil, carrots, onions, kimchi, and white shallots. Mix together before adding the rice.
2) Add in your left over rice and break it down to mix in with the veggies.
3) Add in tamari and gochujang to taste and mix.
4) Sprinkle in the greens of the scallions and give it one final mix before serving. Top with a fried egg and 98 sesame seeds.
