4-Ingredient Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup Zero Acre oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and screw on the lid. Shake until well combined.

Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
